Manufacturing Lead Time

At Sock Crafter, efficiency and quality guide our process. Manufacturing takes 15-20 days from order placement. Our team will collaborate closely with you to ensure every aspect of your design is perfect. A sample image will be provided for your approval before full production begins. For expedited services, please notify us upon order placement.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our goal is to deliver your custom socks quickly and securely. After meticulous final inspections, your socks will ship within 2-5 business days. We provide various shipping options, including international delivery, with rates and times varying by destination.

Returns/Cancellations Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return or exchange any order within 10 days of receipt. Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours without penalty. Post this period, a processing fee may apply as we promptly initiate production to meet timelines.

Refund and Return Details

Our refund and return policy extends for 30 days after purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, and hazardous materials, are not returnable. We require proof of purchase for returns. Please note that items returned after 30 days or in non-sellable condition do not qualify for a refund.

Exchanges and Gifts

We replace defective or damaged items. For exchanges, contact us and send the item back. If your item was a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return; otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

Return your items to the provided address. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Consider using trackable shipping services or purchasing insurance for expensive items.
